I do not take insurance but will provide you with all the documentation you need to submit a claim for out of network reimbursement.

• Initial evaluation: $350.00

• Individual psychotherapy (40-45 minutes) $225.00

• Abbreviated psychotherapy (15-20 minutes) $150.00

• Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy: $325.00 per hour

• Physician or professional consultation: $150.00

• Assessment and consultation for VA claim: $200.00 with 4 session minimum

• Missed session or cancelations made with less than 12 hours notice will be charged the full fee of that appointment.
